  • We ask that all clutter is removed. When there is clutter there is also a high risk of damaging items when we are required to move items in order to clean the surfaces. If there is no place to move clutter to, or if there is excessive clutter, we will not move it and the surface under it will not be cleaned.

    We also ask that you pick up items off the floor such as clothes, toys, pillows, blankets, or any other items that may need to be picked up. That way we can be more efficient and keep the cost of the service down with time saved.

    We do request sinks be empty. We do not want any dishes to slip out of our gloves, so in order to clean your sink it is helpful for the sink to be empty. A sink that is too full will not be cleaned.

    We understand that many of our clients have pets, kids, or a very busy schedule, so we try to help where we can, but it’s often a liability for us to attempt to move dishes or clutter.

  • We keep masks in our vehicles, so if a client requests that we wear masks we will for the entirety of the service.

  • We do offer a referral discount, we have a loyalty program, and we offer a 2.5% discount to clients paying with cash or check.

  • Our rates vary from home to home. Every home has different needs, so we do our best to provide an accurate estimate with the information we received on our estimate form. However, prices may increase or decrease upon arrival. If they are to increase, it will be discussed with the client prior to completing the service.

  • Yes, we will bring everything needed to clean.

    If you own products you would prefer we use, please put the products out for us to use.

    If you have any allergies, aversions, or preferences, please inform us ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • We tend to work in teams of one, two, or three people depending on the needs of the home.

  • We do our very best at ensuring the same cleaner will be assigned your home. However, it is not always possible.

  • We take pride in offering high quality cleans. We try to go above and beyond for our customers. We look for the little details that improve the overall look and cleanliness of a home.

    We want our customers to enjoy being in their home. We love that we can take things off of their todo list and give them more time to enjoy life however they like.

  • We are insured and each employee is bonded. In addition, our employees go through a background check.
